  • Develop, implement, and manage quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure product or service quality meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Establish and maintain effective quality management systems, including document control, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and risk management.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and standards affecting the organization.
  • Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements to optimize quality and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials or services.
  • Conduct supplier audits and evaluations as necessary.
