<ul><li>Ensures that meeting calendars of all Committees are made</li><li>Does Gap analysis as per the observation of internal audit.</li><li>Provides feedback to operations/clinical departments</li><li>Supports the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation such as<br>Documentation of departmental policies and procedures</li><li>Carry out routine audits of clinical areas/departments.</li><li>Ensures Statutory Compliances.</li><li>Supports and implements Quality Implementation projects.</li><li>Ensures timely Closure of Non conformities.</li><li>Conducts Training on Quality standards in coordination with HR.</li><li>Gives support to the development, periodic review and improvement of clinical indicators</li><li>Ensures that all the clinical areas are complying to JCI and NABH standards</li><li>Ensure and maintain document control all across organization</li></ul>
