Description
- Lead the development and implementation of the organization's QMS in accordance with applicable standards.
- Establish and document quality policies, objectives, and procedures.
- Stay abreast of industry-specific regulations and standards, ensuring the QMS is compliant with all relevant requirements.
- Monitor changes in regulations and update the QMS accordingly.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the QMS, including manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Implement document control processes.
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS.
- Analyze audit findings and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver training programs on QMS principles, procedures, and changes.
- Ensure that employees are well-informed and trained on quality standards and expectations.
