- Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, NABH/NABL, or other regulatory standards as applicable.
- Oversee QA, QC, validation, and documentation activities.
- Review and approve deviations, CAPA, change controls, and investigations.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
