Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure product/service quality and compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, including defect rates, non-conformities, customer complaints, and product/service rejections, and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service, to address quality issues, implement process improvements, and drive quality initiatives.
  • Perform root cause analysis and risk assessments to identify underlying causes of quality issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.
  • Review and approve quality-related documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
  • Coordinate external quality audits and inspections by regulatory authorities, customers, and third-party auditors, and facilitate the resolution of audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in quality management, and ensure that quality systems and processes are aligned with current regulations and industry trends.
  • Communicate quality-related information, including key performance indicators (KPIs), audit findings, and improvement initiatives, to stakeholders and senior management, and provide recommendations for quality enhancements.
