Description

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure product/service quality and compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
Conduct internal audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, including defect rates, non-conformities, customer complaints, and product/service rejections, and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service, to address quality issues, implement process improvements, and drive quality initiatives.
Perform root cause analysis and risk assessments to identify underlying causes of quality issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence.
Review and approve quality-related documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
Coordinate external quality audits and inspections by regulatory authorities, customers, and third-party auditors, and facilitate the resolution of audit findings and corrective actions.
Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles, procedures, and best practices, fostering a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in quality management, and ensure that quality systems and processes are aligned with current regulations and industry trends.
Communicate quality-related information, including key performance indicators (KPIs), audit findings, and improvement initiatives, to stakeholders and senior management, and provide recommendations for quality enhancements.
