Job Description
- Implement and monitor quality management systems (QMS) as per ISO, NABH, GMP, or industry-specific standards.
- Conduct internal quality audits, process audits, and compliance checks.
- Analyze quality data, defects, deviations, and non-conformities; initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support root cause analysis using quality tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA, and SPC.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and records.
