<ul><li>Contributing to hospital –wide and departmental quality initiatives.</li><li>To work collaboratively with staff and mangers to promote, design and implement quality innovations in the hospital.</li><li>To ensure departmental internal audits are in progress.</li><li>Ensures application of a tracking method to monitor progress towards goal.</li><li>Collection, monitoring, analysing and validation of departmental key indicators.</li><li>To conduct committee meeting and maintain proper records.</li><li>To delegate quality improvement activities in various departments and ensure its completion.</li><li>Internal and external audits in coordination with management of the hospital.</li><li>To organise regular training programmes for staff in coordination with HR as per the need.</li><li>To inform and orient the staff on updating of policies as well as its awareness.</li></ul>
