Description

Help conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards.
Learn to perform visual, physical, and sometimes chemical testing on products, components, or materials.
Assist in monitoring product quality during the production process and report any defects or discrepancies.
Support the testing of materials and products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
Learn to use laboratory equipment, measuring tools, and testing kits to perform necessary quality checks (e.g., pH testing, weight, size, or material strength).
Record testing results and maintain logs as per the company’s documentation practices.
Assist in maintaining and organizing quality control records, test reports, and compliance documentation.
Learn to document defects, issues, and deviations observed during inspections and testing.
Support in compiling and preparing daily, weekly, or monthly quality reports.
