<ul><li>Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Ensure sterility and microbial limits are maintained in production and packaging areas.</li><li>Perform environmental monitoring including air, water, and surface sampling.</li><li>Prepare and maintain microbiological media and reagents as per SOPs.</li><li>Identify and report any deviations or out-of-specification results.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of lab observations and test results.</li><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory standards.</li><li>Assist in validation and qualification of microbiology equipment and methods.</li><li>Coordinate with production and QA teams for corrective and preventive actions.</li><li>Participate in internal and external audits and support documentation as needed.</li></ul>
