<ul><li>Perform routine and non-routine analysis using <strong>HPLC</strong> for raw materials, in-process, stability, and finished products.</li><li>Prepare and standardize reagents, reference standards, and mobile phases for HPLC analysis.</li><li>Develop and validate HPLC analytical methods as per regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain and calibrate HPLC instruments (e.g., Agilent, Waters) according to SOPs.</li><li>Document all test results, observations, and deviations accurately in logbooks, worksheets, and LIMS (if applicable).</li><li>Investigate Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and deviations and assist in root cause analysis.</li><li>Ensure compliance with <strong>GMP, GLP, ICH, and pharmacopeial guidelines (IP, BP, USP, EP)</strong>.</li></ul>
