<ul><li>Perform HPLC analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Prepare mobile phases, standards, and samples as per SOPs and analytical methods.</li><li>Operate, calibrate, and maintain HPLC instruments and associated laboratory equipment.</li><li>Record chromatograms, analyze data, and maintain accurate documentation of results.</li><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and laboratory safety protocols.</li><li>Participate in method validation, system suitability testing, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Coordinate with QA for batch release and reporting of analytical results.</li><li>Investigate deviations, OOS results, and assist in CAPA implementation.</li><li>Maintain inventory of reagents, solvents, and consumables for HPLC operations.</li></ul>
