Description

  • Product Inspection: Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
  • Testing & Analysis: Perform routine and specialized testing using various techniques (e.g., chemical, physical, microbiological) to ensure product compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of test results, prepare reports, and ensure all quality-related documentation is properly recorded and stored.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes to identify deviations from quality standards, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements through regular internal audits and reviews.
  • Calibration & Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure it operates accurately and reliably.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to production staff and other departments on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in or lead initiatives aimed at improving quality control processes, reducing waste, and enhancing overall product quality.
