1. Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
2. Conduct routine sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
3. Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and deviations.
4. Identify and report non-conformities and assist in corrective actions.
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company SOPs.
6. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues.
7. Calibrate, operate, and maintain QC instruments and laboratory equipment.
8. Participate in internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.
