Description

Quality Inspections:

  • Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Evaluate products against established quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and document deviations from quality requirements.

Testing and Analysis:

  • Perform various quality tests and analyses using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Interpret test results and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel for specialized testing.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of quality inspections and test results.
  • Generate reports summarizing quality data and trends.
  • Document and report non-conformities and deviations.

Sampling and Sampling Plans:

  • Develop and implement sampling plans for materials and products.
  • Collect samples in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensure representative sampling for accurate quality assessment.

Calibration of Equipment:

  • Ensure that testing and measuring equipment are calibrated and maintained.
  • Verify the accuracy of equipment and tools used for quality control.
  • Coordinate with the calibration team as needed.
