Description

Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Testing and Analysis: Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on products to verify quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and any deviations from standards, preparing reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Process Monitoring: Monitor production processes for compliance with quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Problem Solving: Identify and investigate product defects or quality issues, taking corrective actions and implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure that all products and processes comply with internal quality standards, industry regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Supplier Quality Assurance: Evaluate and monitor the quality of raw materials and components supplied by vendors, ensuring they meet required specifications.
Training and Guidance: Train production and quality control teams on quality standards, testing methods, and proper documentation practices.
Audits and Inspections: Assist in internal and external audits, inspections, and certifications to ensure the company maintains high-quality practices.
