Description
- Quality Testing: Perform routine and non-routine tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Instrument Calibration: Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Data Analysis: Analyze test results and generate reports detailing the findings, including deviations or non-compliance issues.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to testing procedures, equipment malfunctions, and product quality.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all testing, calibrations, and inspections, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Batch Review: Review production batches for quality and compliance, and approve or reject batches based on testing results.
- Internal Audits: Participate in internal audits and inspections to ensure that quality control procedures are being followed properly.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production and R&D teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality control processes.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to junior QC staff on testing procedures, safety standards, and quality protocols.
