<ul><li>Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using Gas Chromatography (GC).</li><li>Operate, calibrate, and maintain GC instruments as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.</li><li>Prepare standard solutions, reagents, and samples for GC testing.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation of test results in laboratory records and LIMS.</li><li>Conduct method validation, method transfer, and troubleshooting of GC methods.</li><li>Review chromatograms for system suitability, integration, and data integrity compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with QA for OOS/OOT investigations and support root-cause analysis.</li><li>Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure adherence to safety protocols.</li><li>Handle routine calibration and coordinate with service engineers for major maintenance.</li></ul>
