Description

Monitor and inspect the quality of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and guidelines for production processes.
Conduct routine testing, inspections, and audits to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of inspection results, corrective actions, and product performance data.
Collaborate with the production team to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure that all quality control processes adhere to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Assist in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and safety practices.
Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize quality.
Report quality control findings to senior management and recommend improvements for production efficiency and product consistency.
