Description

Inspect and test raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Conduct routine quality control tests, including physical, chemical, and microbiological testing, and document results accurately.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.
Identify any defects or non-conformance in products, equipment, or processes, and report findings to the senior QC team or production management.
Perform equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure that testing instruments are accurate and operational.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues, ensuring prompt corrective actions are taken.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and best practices to improve product quality.
Maintain detailed records of testing, inspections, and quality control activities, preparing reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of samples, chemicals, and testing materials, following safety guidelines.
Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring the company’s compliance with industry standards and certifications.
