<ul><li>Plan, execute, and supervise quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Develop, validate, and optimize analytical methods for QC testing.</li><li>Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and FTIR.</li><li>Analyze data, interpret results, and prepare technical reports in compliance with GMP and SOPs.</li><li>Ensure calibration, preventive maintenance, and performance verification of QC instruments.</li><li>Investigate deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) results with QA collaboration.</li><li>Maintain accurate records, documentation, and audit-ready files.</li><li>Support process improvement initiatives and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and data integrity standards in the laboratory.</li></ul>
