4. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external inspections.
5. Review and approve documentation, records, and reports.
6. Identify non-conformances and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
7. Train staff on quality policies, procedures, and best practices.
8. Monitor quality indicators and prepare MIS reports.
