<ul><li>Oversee the continuous improvement of the QMS to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with quality standards.</li><li>Ensure QMS processes are in place for product lifecycle management, including design, manufacturing, and distribution.</li><li>Develop and maintain the QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and forms.</li><li>Ensure that all documentation is controlled, reviewed, approved, and revised according to regulatory and company requirements.</li><li>Ensure that QMS documentation is accessible to relevant personnel and meets audit requirements.</li><li>Conduct and coordinate internal audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of the QMS with applicable regulatory standards and company policies.</li><li>Identify areas of non-compliance or inefficiencies within the system and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare audit reports, track audit findings, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>Participate in external audits and regulatory inspections, providing necessary documentation and reports.</li></ul>
