Description

Ensure that products and processes meet company and regulatory standards by conducting thorough audits and reviews.
Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality standards are met.
Review and analyze production processes to identify and resolve quality issues and improve efficiency.
Work closely with production teams to recommend corrective actions for quality-related concerns.
Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, test results, and audits.
Conduct training for staff on quality assurance processes and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain certifications and ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Monitor customer feedback and complaints, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Prepare regular reports on quality performance, issues, and improvement initiatives for management.
