<ul><li>Monitor in-process activities of OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing to ensure GMP compliance.</li><li>Conduct line clearance, batch start-up checks, and verification of raw materials and labels.</li><li>Supervise production operators to ensure adherence to SOPs, process parameters, and safety guidelines.</li><li>Perform in-process sampling and testing in coordination with QC.</li><li>Review and approve batch manufacturing and packaging documentation.</li><li>Identify deviations, coordinate investigations, and ensure timely reporting of OOS/OOT events.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of IPQA records.</li><li>Verify adherence to production schedules, equipment usage, and material consumption.</li><li>Train production staff on GMP, hygiene, and process compliance.</li></ul>
