Description

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet quality standards.
Monitor production and test processes to ensure adherence to specifications, providing corrective actions when deviations occur.
Review and approve product documentation, including batch records, inspection reports, and test results, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with the production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct product testing, including sampling, measurements, and inspections, to verify product quality at different stages of production.
Prepare and maintain quality control reports, tracking trends and providing insights to management for process improvement.
Ensure that all quality control systems are followed in accordance with the company's internal procedures and external regulations.
Provide training and support to other departments on quality standards, best practices, and regulatory compliance.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and changes in regulations to ensure continuous improvement in quality assurance practices
