Description
- Oversee and ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Ensure that all operations meet quality standards set by regulatory bodies and internal policies.
- Prepare, review, and maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR), SOPs, validation protocols, and other quality documentation.
- Ensure all records are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible for audits and inspections.
- Perform regular quality checks and inspections of in-process materials, finished products, and raw materials to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
- Review and approve batch production records before releasing products for market distribution.
- Identify and document any deviations or non-conformances in production processes or quality standards.
- Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address deviations and prevent their recurrence.
- Monitor the effectiveness of CAPA measures and ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
