Description

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP).
Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards. Prepare for and manage internal and external audits.
Oversee the documentation of quality processes, procedures, and standards. Ensure that all quality records are maintained and updated.
Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Foster a culture of quality awareness across the organization.
Monitor and analyze quality performance data. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
Manage and evaluate supplier quality performance. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve overall supplier quality.
Address customer complaints and concerns related to product quality. Implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
