Description
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical products.
- Perform in-process quality checks, including visual inspection, sampling, testing, and documentation, to monitor the quality of products during production.
- Review and verify batch records, production logs, and other documentation to ensure accurate and complete records of all activities.
- Conduct routine inspections of production areas to ensure cleanliness, proper documentation, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor critical control points during production, identifying any deviations and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and accurate execution of process deviations, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Participate in the validation and qualification of new processes, equipment, and systems to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Quality Control (QC) department for release and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
