Description

  • Overall Quality and Compliance activities for the service lines.
  • Conduct ticket auditing for Incidents and Changes.
  • Approval of Change requests.
  • Conducted internal audit for the tickets on the quality parameters and provide the feedback and conduct session to the respective team members.
  • LSAT analysis need to be done on regular basis and provide the report to the Management team.
  • Connected with the team members who received LSAT and need to be analysed the provide root cause for the same.
  • CSAT improvements need to be worked and need to take the action plans for improving.
  • Publishing of End-user communication templates to the Engineers(L1&L2).
  • SOPS compliance check need to be conducted and GAPS need to be communicated to Service Managers/Owners.
  • Access Management reviews for the team members-Onboarding and Off boarding activities to comply compliance and process.
  • Customer Periodic controls tracking and reviewing.
  • KB articles analysis on the compliance point of view and update the GAPS to the service team and coordination in the calls for preparation of New KB articles.
  • Process compliance documents need to be prepared.
  • Guiding team on the Good documentation process and Customer standards and templates to update the process documents and Project related documents.
  • Need to play a key role on the OQM activities in-between customer and Internal team.
  • Project documents review and approvals.
  • Documents review in PROTON (IQ/OQ).
  • Handling of Defects, Deviation and Exceptions.
  • Quality and Compliance review -Weekly and Monthly decks need to be prepared and presented to the service line owners.
  • Biweekly deck preparation and presentation to the Customer service assurance calls.
  • Lifecycle documents repository Sanitization and document management.
  • Tracking of Vulnerability Management.
