Description

Quality Policy and Procedures:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of and adhere to established quality standards.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international quality and regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulations and update quality systems accordingly.

Quality Audits:

  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections.

Supplier Quality Management:

  • Establish and maintain quality agreements with suppliers.
  • Conduct audits of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Document Control:

  • Oversee the document control process to ensure the accuracy and currency of quality documents.
  • Maintain a centralized document repository.

Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards and procedures.
  • Ensure that all relevant employees receive adequate training.

Non-Conformance Management:

  • Manage and investigate non-conformances and deviations.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.

Quality Metrics and Reporting:

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the quality management system.
