Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct audits and inspections of production processes, facilities, and products to identify quality issues, deviations from standards, and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and maintain quality control checkpoints throughout the production process to monitor product quality and identify defects or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform root cause analysis and risk assessments to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and develop effective solutions.
- Review and analyze quality data and metrics to track performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to management.
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality assurance processes, procedures, and best practices to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in regulatory inspections, customer audits, and certification audits, providing documentation and support as needed.
