QC Trainee

Quality Testing:

• Conduct quality testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Utilize analytical techniques and instruments to assess product quality.

Inspections and Sampling:

• Perform inspections and sampling of materials at various stages of production.
• Ensure adherence to sampling plans and quality control procedures.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities.
• Prepare quality control reports and documentation for internal and external use.

Instrumentation Operation:

• Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers, etc.
• Ensure proper calibration and functioning of equipment.

Compliance with Standards:

• Ensure compliance with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and other quality standards.
• Identify and address non-conformities and deviations.

Quality Control Sampling:

• Coordinate with production and other departments for sample collection.
• Conduct in-process and finished product sampling as per the sampling plan.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze test results and data to assess product quality.
• Investigate and address any deviations from quality standards.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with production, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on investigations and corrective actions.
