1. Review and approve Quality Control documents including test records, worksheets, and analytical reports.
2. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of QC data with GMP and regulatory requirements.
3. Verify analytical results, calculations, and adherence to approved specifications and methods.
4. Review OOS, OOT, deviations, and laboratory investigations in coordination with QC and QA teams.
5. Ensure timely closure of QC documentation and data integrity compliance.
6. Support internal, external, and regulatory audits related to QC activities.
7. Review and approve analytical method validation, transfer, and stability study data.
8. Monitor compliance with SOPs, GDP, GLP, and laboratory safety guidelines.
