Description

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and testing.
Testing & Analysis: Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing using various laboratory techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, or titration.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control tests, results, and observations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Sampling: Collect samples from production batches for testing and analysis to verify conformity to quality standards.
Calibration & Maintenance: Ensure laboratory instruments and equipment are calibrated and maintained to provide reliable and accurate results.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to internal quality procedures and external regulations such as GMP, ISO, and other industry standards.
Deviation Handling: Investigate deviations or non-conformances in products and processes, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external quality audits, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with quality standards.
Training: Provide training to production and other relevant teams on quality control procedures, standards, and the importance of maintaining product quality.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on quality trends and suggesting process improvements.
