<ul><li>Perform chemical, physical, and instrumental analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometers, and FTIR.</li><li>Prepare and standardize solutions, reagents, and reference standards for testing.</li><li>Review and document test results accurately in compliance with GMP and GLP standards.</li><li>Ensure timely analysis and release of materials and products to meet production schedules.</li><li>Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results and support root cause analysis.</li><li>Prepare and update SOPs, test protocols, and validation reports for QC processes.</li><li>Conduct stability studies and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Monitor the calibration and maintenance schedule of laboratory instruments.</li><li>Assist in internal audits and support regulatory inspections with proper documentation and reporting.</li></ul>
