Description

Conduct chemical analyses and tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods according to established procedures and specifications.
Perform a variety of chemical tests, including titrations, spectrophotometry, chromatography (e.g., HPLC, GC), and other analytical techniques.
Prepare and standardize reagents, calibrate instruments, and ensure proper setup for chemical analyses.
Ensure that chemical testing is performed in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
Review and validate test results to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical testing, including equipment malfunctions and data inconsistencies.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all chemical testing activities, including test results, calibration data, and equipment maintenance logs.
Prepare and review reports on chemical test results, including data interpretation and recommendations for corrective actions if needed.
