Description

  • Quality Testing: Conduct routine and non-routine tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze test results and data, preparing comprehensive reports on product quality and performance for management review.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of testing procedures, results, and any deviations from established standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Equipment Calibration: Ensure that laboratory equipment and testing instruments are properly calibrated and maintained, performing regular checks to guarantee accuracy.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and relevant regulatory requirements throughout the quality control process.
  • Investigation of Non-Conformances: Identify, investigate, and document any quality issues or non-conformances, implementing corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to address quality-related issues and improve overall product quality.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior QC staff on testing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols, fostering a culture of quality within the organization.
