Description
- Perform High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Prepare and calibrate HPLC equipment, ensuring proper functionality and compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Analyze and interpret chromatographic data to determine the quality and composition of samples, ensuring they meet regulatory and company specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of HPLC tests, including raw data, results, and deviations, and report findings to senior staff.
- Ensure that all HPLC instruments are properly maintained and calibrated according to regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the HPLC system, including resolving instrument malfunctions and data discrepancies.
- Perform routine validation and verification of HPLC methods to ensure the reliability of test results.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory audits and inspections.
- Follow safety guidelines and comply with laboratory protocols for handling chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with other quality control team members to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements.
