<ul><li>Assist in microbiological testing of raw materials, water, in-process, and finished products under supervision.</li><li>Support environmental monitoring of manufacturing areas, cleanrooms, and controlled zones.</li><li>Help in sterility testing, endotoxin testing, and microbial limit testing as per SOPs.</li><li>Prepare and sterilize culture media, glassware, and reagents required for testing.</li><li>Maintain laboratory records and documentation as per GLP and cGMP guidelines.</li><li>Participate in calibration and qualification of instruments like autoclaves, incubators, and LAF units.</li><li>Follow aseptic techniques and biosafety practices during all microbiological activities.</li><li>Assist in microbial culture handling, identification, and colony counting.</li></ul>
