<ul><li>Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water samples, in-process, and finished products.</li><li>Conduct environmental monitoring of manufacturing areas and cleanrooms as per SOPs.</li><li>Carry out microbial limit tests, sterility tests, and endotoxin testing following pharmacopeial guidelines.</li><li>Operate and maintain microbiology lab instruments such as autoclaves, incubators, and LAF units.</li><li>Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and safety protocols in all microbiological activities.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation, logbooks, and records of test results and observations.</li><li>Investigate contamination issues and report deviations to the QC Head or QA department.</li><li>Assist in validation activities such as media validation, water system validation, and disinfectant efficacy tests.</li></ul>
