<ul><li>Oversee all analytical and microbiological testing activities in the QC department.</li><li>Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines in QC operations.</li><li>Review and approve analytical and microbiological test results, reports, and batch records.</li><li>Plan, supervise, and execute method validations, stability studies, and instrument calibrations.</li><li>Manage QC team, provide training, and evaluate performance to maintain high competency.</li><li>Investigate deviations, OOS (Out of Specification) results, and implement CAPA (Corrective &amp; Preventive Actions).</li><li>Conduct internal audits, support external audits, and ensure regulatory readiness.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and data integrity for all QC activities.</li><li>Coordinate with production, QA, and R&amp;D teams to resolve quality issues.</li></ul>
