<ul><li>Oversee all Quality Control activities including raw material, in-process, finished product, and stability testing.</li><li>Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines in all QC operations.</li><li>Manage and supervise a team of analysts, executives, and officers in the QC laboratory.</li><li>Review and approve analytical reports, specifications, and test methods.</li><li>Coordinate method development, validation, and transfer activities.</li><li>Ensure timely calibration, qualification, and maintenance of all QC instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, UV).</li><li>Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results and implement CAPA.</li><li>Monitor laboratory documentation practices, data integrity, and audit readiness.</li></ul>
