Description
- Develop, implement, and manage quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Establish and maintain quality metrics to monitor product quality and performance.
- Ensure that all quality control processes adhere to relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO).
- Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Lead and manage the QC team, providing direction, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
- Oversee the testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Review and approve testing protocols, results, and reports.
- Conduct investigations into quality issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
