Description

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet established standards and specifications. Develop and enforce quality assurance procedures.
Testing and Inspection: Perform testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards. Utilize various testing methods and equipment.
Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Identify trends or deviations from quality standards and collaborate with relevant departments to address issues.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control tests and inspections. Prepare reports summarizing findings and communicate results to the relevant stakeholders.
Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure that testing equipment is calibrated and properly maintained. Perform regular checks and coordinate equipment calibration schedules.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues or deviations. Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with industry regulations and standards. Ensure that quality control processes align with regulatory requirements and contribute to the preparation for audits.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Propose and implement enhancements to quality control processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
