Description

Assist in the preparation and execution of quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Conduct routine laboratory testing, including physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis, to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, ensuring that instruments are functioning properly and providing accurate results.
Prepare and maintain lab samples, ensuring proper labeling and storage according to regulatory and safety standards.
Record and document test results, observations, and any deviations, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
Assist in the preparation of reports and certificates of analysis for internal and external use.
Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laboratory environment, adhering to safety and cleanliness protocols.
Assist in the inventory management of laboratory chemicals, reagents, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage conditions.
Participate in the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support the QC team in identifying quality issues, conducting root-cause analysis, and suggesting corrective actions.
