Description

Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Develop and execute testing procedures and protocols using appropriate methods and equipment to detect deviations and defects.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all quality tests, inspections, and findings for traceability and compliance purposes.
Ensure adherence to established quality control processes, procedures, and regulations to maintain product integrity and safety.
Identify and troubleshoot quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to management.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards applicable to the industry, products, and geographical markets.
