<ul><li>Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Ensure all testing procedures comply with GMP, GLP, and company quality standards.</li><li>Review analytical data, prepare reports, and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.</li><li>Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV spectrophotometers.</li><li>Identify and report deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) results.</li><li>Coordinate with QA and production teams to resolve quality-related issues.</li><li>Maintain inventory of laboratory chemicals, reagents, and glassware.</li><li>Participate in internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections.</li></ul>
