<ul><li>Perform routine and stability testing using HPLC systems following SOPs and GMP guidelines.</li><li>Prepare samples, standards, mobile phases, and reagents accurately.</li><li>Operate, calibrate, and maintain HPLC instruments (UV, PDA, RI, FL detectors, etc.).</li><li>Interpret chromatograms, analyze data, and document results in laboratory records.</li><li>Execute method validation, verification, and system suitability tests.</li><li>Troubleshoot HPLC instrumentation and method-related issues.</li><li>Review analytical documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Participate in OOS/OOT investigations and assist in root-cause analysis.</li><li>Maintain proper storage, handling, and disposal of chemicals and consumables.</li></ul>
