Description

Perform chemical and physical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct analytical techniques such as titration, HPLC, GC, UV-VIS spectroscopy, and others to ensure product quality.
Ensure that all laboratory tests are carried out in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
Record test results accurately and ensure all findings are documented according to regulatory and company guidelines.
Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and adhere to maintenance schedules.
Assist with the qualification and validation of laboratory equipment when required.
Assist in the development and validation of new analytical methods or modifications to existing methods to improve accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
Support the transfer of analytical methods between the R&D and QC departments.
Ensure that all methods are validated according to regulatory guidelines and company standards.
