Description

Quality Control Testing: Conduct routine and specialized tests on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications and industry standards.
Analytical Techniques: Utilize various analytical methods and instruments, such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and titration, to analyze chemical compounds and ensure product quality.
Data Analysis: Record, interpret, and analyze test results, providing accurate reports to ensure product consistency and regulatory compliance.
Method Development: Assist in the development and validation of new testing methods and procedures to improve the accuracy and efficiency of quality control processes.
Batch Monitoring: Monitor and test production batches for consistency, stability, and safety, identifying any deviations from established quality standards and reporting them to management.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all testing procedures, results, and quality reports in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality management systems.
Equipment Calibration: Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring that instruments are functioning correctly and producing reliable results.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all testing procedures are in compliance with safety standards, regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, GLP), and environmental requirements.
Troubleshooting: Identify quality issues during testing or production and work with production teams to investigate the root cause and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration: Work closely with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams to ensure that quality control standards are met and to support continuous improvement initiatives.
